PD PUMPS

POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT PUMPS

Self-priming progressing cavity pumps. A rotating rotor within a stationary stator made from a rubber compound i.e. Buna, Neoprene, EPDM, Viton PTFE, in special cases also metal. The special shape of these two parts creates sealed chambers, the contents of which are continuously moved in an axial direction from the suction to the pressure side.
Flow : 20,250 gpm (4600 m3/h)
TDH single stage : 224 ft (70 m)
PH Range : 0 - 14

In transfer and unloading applications, the need for speed and flexibility is paramount. Now tank terminal and refinery operators can unload fluids faster than ever with the our new two-screw pump series – a solution with a smaller footprint for the delivered performance. LOW NPSH Our series of Twin Screw Pumps has low NPSH values at full speed (depending on the liquid), making it especially well suited to reliable operation in difficult low NPSHR/high vapor pressure fluid applications compared to alternative pumps. You’ll have peace of mind that variable storage fluid levels or inlet pressures won’t compromise your operation, while safeguarding the pump against cavitation. Our positive displacement pumps offer reliable delivery of a wide variety of fluids at a desired rate, even under changing or unpredictable process conditions. With the new series, your pump will load or unload cargo in the same amount of time, regardless of the liquid involved or the discharge head required.
DUAL/MULTIPHASE PUMPING SYSTEMS

WHY DUAL/MULTI-PHASE SYSTEMS
Simplify your infrastructure by pumping oil, gas, water, condensates and solids with ONE pump through ONE pipeline. The following solutions are especially beneficial for offshore, flaring sensitive and heavy oil production fields. Our two-screw or PC multi-phase pump systems have been used on pipelines and wellpads for over 20 years. The system efficiently utilize one pump to boost complete, untreated production flows (mixture of oil, gas, condensates, water and/or particulates) through multi-phase gathering pipelines. The systems reduce wellhead pressure, stimulating increased production and simplify surface facilities, eliminating infrastructure associated with separation and independent water, gas and oil gathering systems.

KEY FEATURES:
  • Systems integration expertise twin-screw & PC pump expertise
  • API 676 compliance
  • Custom turnkey packages Internal & external pump liquid re-circulation
  • Installation, commissioning and life cycle service
  • Up to 100% gas volume fraction (GVF)
  • Compact,efficient design
  • Unparalleled pump efficiencies
  • Plan 52,53 & 54 ancillary systems
  • Remote & local system controls
  • Full integration with SCADA systems

BENEFITS:
Reduce capital expenditure by

GEAR PUMPS

The HPI Series of External Gear Pumps is our most economical solution to date. This Series HPI is a standard of the shelf product for standard applications. Internal Gear Pumps are self-priming, non-pulsating and reversible pumps that work best on clean, lubricating fluids with a viscosity thicker than water. Two gear teeth, one idler and one driver, mesh together around a crescent divider to transfer the liquid. Because of the simple one shaft construction, Internal Gear Pumps are less expensive than comparable pumps and are very easy to maintain.
Performance Data:
  • Pressure: standard 200 psi (14 bar) (higher pressures go to different series)
  • Efficiency: to 90%
  • Viscosity: 1 to 55,000 cst (mPas) (higher viscosity upon request)
  • Flow rates: 0.037 gpm - 603 gpm (10 up to 4,120 l/min)
